When we were first considering a new build we did what everybody does and walked through many display homes. Still unable to articulate exactly what we wanted, we were shown an original design by Prowest that had not yet been built and immediately we knew this was it. 

The floor plan just looked so functional and smooth flowing. We worked closely with Paul to turn this into our home. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and his team as we chose to rotate the garage sideways to accommodate a verge tree and the alfresco area was rotated giving privacy from neighbours and to absorb the winter sun. We were looking for a statement home with a warm classic feel and Paul has delivered this to our high expectations. The floor plan of this home just flows effortlessly with functionality from the front door to the open alfresco area. We are completely in love with the layout of this house and cannot believe the usable space and plentiful storage.

The whole process was engaging and enjoyable. So happy with our stunning home.
